A medium blend of Central American coffees, which also makes a perfect lighter espresso. La Cima (pronounced la cheema) is Italian for 'the peak'. Appropriately this organic espresso is roasted to "the peak" of flavor. Smooth and rich in the Northern Italian style. Great also as a brew!
