Our Decaffeinated Colombian is Royal Water processed. There are no checmicals used in the processing, allowing the coffee solids, and therefore flavors, to remain in the cup. This is a lively coffee, medium bodied with a smooth acidity. It is environmentally friendly and so tasty you'll be questioning whether it's really Decaf.
