
We have found a perfect partner to our Ethiopian to blend a special offering, Mocha Java. We use our Papua New Guinea, natural processed grade A beans that cause us to roast slow and dark in order to ensure its rich, bold spiciness comes out to our standards.
The cup is delicately sweet and smooth with hints of spice and chocolate and a pistachio finish. This is a complex cup. It has a lot of body and a light acidity. This is a great winter blend, perfect accompaniment to a wood stove after a hard day's skiing, or to get you through the bitter wind on your way to work.
